Enkotek Static autoclaves work with the Steam-Water spray method. This is the most optimum solution for products that do not require shaking during sterilization.
A high-pressure circulation pump sprays the water inside the autoclave deeply onto the product packages from the top and sides, thus ensuring a homogeneous heat distribution.
This method also ensures rapid transfer of heat to the product.
Thus, heating and cooling times are shortened and energy consumption is minimized.
Enkotek sterilization autoclaves are used for the sterilization of tin cans, glass jars, doypacks and similar packaged products.
